Offering: A private room 3-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. The apartment is dope with lots of space, exposed brick, hardwood floors, two skylights, and a washer/dryer in-unit. The bedroom is west facing with a window and lots of afternoon light.

Bedroom: This bedroom is 9x14ft. It comes partially furnished with a queen size bed (you can turn it vertically for a different room vibe). It has space for an additional dresser or desk if you like. It also has a closet and its own central air conditioner. It's on the opposite side of the other two bedrooms so you will feel like you have even more space.

Transportation: Located a block away from either the 2/5 and 3/4 lines. There's also the B44 bus that takes you to Williamsburg

Apartment: The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 two-story building and has two flights of stairs. It has an open kitchen and living room layout with lots of space for cooking, doing creative projects, and relaxing. There are plants, art books, and overall good vibes. Finally, the bathroom has a skylight too which is nice.

Current Roommates: Myself, I am a traveler and event producer in my mid-30s. My other roommate, late 20s, is a cultural artist and avid book reader. We both love the library. We both, individually, like having friends over for dinner parties, hangouts, or pregames at the house. We're looking for someone who has community to call their own, a good sense of humor, is respectful, has a clean as you go habit, and enjoys an occasional drink around the kitchen table or movie if we all happen to be home. Bonus points if you’re into art and unique have hobbies.
