This large room is on the top floor of a 3 bed, 2 bath pet friendly duplex (two story apartment) in Williamsburg. This apartment is in an amazing location, at Union and Metropolitan next to Sunac Market, right on top of the L train so it’s 2 stops from Manhattan and you can get to Union Square in 10 minutes! Great for getting to NYU or easy connections to midtown, and great for going out in the West Village!. The L and the G are literal steps from the front door which is really nice when it is cold or rainy outside.

The room has two huge windows and a private balcony and gets a lot of light throughout the day, with great views of Williamsburg and Manhattan in the distance. The shared bathroom is right outside your door.

The room is furnished with a brand new full bed and mattress, standing desk, desk chair, mirror, a rolling rack for clothes and a computer monitor.

The apartment is PET FRIENDLY and one of the two current roommates has a poodle that is 2 years old. The apartment is in a brand new elevator building (we were the first ones to live there) and starts on the 6th floor. The room itself is on the 7th floor and has its own private entrance and elevator landing right outside your bedroom (the other two roommates use the entrance off the kitchen on the 6th floor). Washer dryer shared with other apartments and located in the building on the first floor.

The roommates are females in their mid to late 30s with careers that keep them out of the house most days, one is in tech the other is in entertainment marketing. Both roomies are friendly and outgoing, and have done a lot of traveling and digital nomading and love to meet new people.

Available from April 20th until May 30th or 31st (negotiable).
