Bright and beautiful one bedroom apartment on the second floor of brownstone in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The fully-furnished pre-war apartment has many charming details—tall windows and original hardwood floors, with refurbished kitchen and bathroom floors—along with everything you need for modern comfort including a bedroom AC unit, a hybrid foam mattress, and an incredible full size bath tub.
The apartment is located in the best part of Bed-Stuy, just on the corner from the fun and vibrant Tompkins avenue. You'll be blocks away from Herbert Von King Park, great restaurants and several grocery stores. You're also a short walk from the Kingston-Throop subway station (A/C) and a pleasant 20 min stroll to the Bedford-Nostrand (G).
There is no laundry in the building but I use a laundromat just around the corner (that also offers drop off service if that's preferable).
I love this space and am hoping to find someone or two, who will take care of it (and a handful of plants!) while I'm out traveling. Ideally looking for someone to rent it for the entire two month, though open to slightly shorter stays.
Cons:
- No pets allowed
- No TV
Single man (early 30s) that's lived in this apartment for the past two years. I spend my days WFH and the evenings running around BK with friends or popping into the city to see exhibits or movies.
