I’m moving in with my girlfriend and looking to sublet my beloved apartment on Park Place between 5th and 6th Ave in Brooklyn.

The sublet is available from mid-January to late-August (end of lease). Month-to-month arrangements are welcome, but preference will be given to those who can commit to longer stays.

There’s no dasher / dryer in the building but there is one at the end of the road 200ft from the house.

I’m subletting until the end of my lease and hoping to find someone who will appreciate and care for the furniture, plants, and artwork I’ve thoughtfully installed.

I’m relocating to Brooklyn Heights, so I’ll be nearby if you ever need anything!

The Space:
