Apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street. Just steps from a coffee shop, 1 block from a grocery store, and 2 blocks from Union Market. Walking distance from lovely bars, restaurants, and wine shops. 5 min walk to Nostrand Ave 3 train; 8 minute walk to Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 station. <1 mile walk to BK museum and Botanic Garden. 1 mile walk to Prospect Park.
All utilities included in rent including Wifi.

I work in book publishing have lived in this condo for the last 5 years (and in Crown Heights for the past decade).
If you'd like to visit the space before renting, I'm happy to schedule a showing.
I will be traveling in Feb & March and will be your contact person, but my sister lives blocks away and will be available to help if any issues arise with the apartment during your stay.
