- Washer and dryer in the garage—no coins needed!
- We converted one of the two garage spots into a workout /workshop space for everyone’s use, including a full set of kettlebells and adjustable dumbbells

- 3-level single family home:
level 1 (street level): Shared workout/workshop space, laundry. Roommate #1’s private bedroom
level 2: Shared living, dinning, kitchen. Roommate #2’s private bedroom and their shared bathroom with roommate #1
level 3: Your future main bedroom, roommate #3’s private bedroom, main bathroom (only you and roommate #3 will share). Shared large penthouse-style lounge with great views of downtown and East Bay.
- Great house, in a lovely, super quiet street in Upper Castro
- Drama-free home. Current roommates are chilled, friendly, and respectful of each other
- Across the street from small city park (the one with the famous concrete slides!), steps away from Kite Hill, Castro, short walk to Twin Peaks, Dolores Park, Mission, Valencia, Muni hubs
