We are lucky enough to rent a full floor loft in one of the rare pre-war townhouses in Fidi.

The building used to be an old printing factory build in 1908 - meaning 11 foot ceilings, massive open space, hard wood floors and lots of window exposure.

The full floor unit has a privately keyed elevator, intercom, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, AC in all rooms, wifi and even a washer and dryer. The apartment was also freshly painted a year ago.

We are only renting out one bedroom + private bathroom (the one seen on the picture) but it's the largest bedroom and bathroom in the house. The bedroom comes with a bed / linens, a stand-up desk and two huge closets. Ready to move in at a moment's notice. We are flexible with the duration but are looking for a 3 months sublet ideally.

The place is 2 mins from Fulton street (metro) and just a 5 mins walk from the water (pier 17), in 5 mins you are in Tribeca and in a 15-20 mins walk all soho and Chinatown restaurants are at your fingertips.
