A lovely, cozy, and well-equipped 1BR apartment in the Prospect Park South area of Brooklyn. This is a nice first floor apartment that’s simple but very comfortable. Enjoy having the entire space to yourself and experience an affordable stay in New York without sacrificing privacy or comfort. Very quiet and peaceful, this has been one of my favorite places to live in New York.

This is typically my home, but I'm looking to rent it out for the next four months, from December to April, though I’m flexible with the dates. I'm ideally looking for someone who would rent it for the full 4 months period but am open to negotiate.

The apartment is well-equipped, and all utilities are included in the price: internet, water, heat and electricity.

It’s in a great location, just a 7-minute walk to the B&Q stop and a 5 minute walk to the B35 bus, with many nearby options for supermarkets, grocery stores, laundries, gyms, restaurants, and bars.

I’m looking for a respectful person who will appreciate and enjoy the space, and who will also take good care of it while I'm away.
