We’re subletting our beautifully decorated and fully furnished apartment on the Upper West Side from December 18th through January (dates are flexible). The apartment is styled mostly in midcentury design, with thoughtful decor that makes it feel warm and inviting—ideal for a couple or small family looking to experience NYC during the holiday season.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to both Central Park and Riverside Park, with easy access to major attractions like MoMA, The Metropolitan Museum, Times Square, and 5th Avenue (all under 20 minutes). Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Soho, Greenwich Village, and the Guggenheim Museum are all reachable within 30 minutes. The neighborhood is full of great dining options, cozy cafes, outdoor eateries, and specialty stores.

We sublet our apartment every year and have always had wonderful subletters. We’re looking for someone friendly, easygoing, and who will take good care of our home.

About This Lister

My partner and I are detail oriented and take great care of our apartment. I am an artist and he's a writer and professor. We are leaving for the summer to see my family, which is why we are subletting our apartment. It's the fourth year that we have done this and it's always been great.
