You would be subletting the entire space to yourself, which includes a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The apartment is minimally furnished and decorated–an open and versatile space that's perfect for someone looking for a peaceful & creative environment during the winter holidays.

The apartment includes a large bathtub, Apple TV, and a washing machine. In addition to being close to Prospect Park, the Church Ave B/Q subway station is only a 5 minute walk away, and there are many and groceries, pharmacies, and a Target nearby. Downtown Manhattan is 25-30 minutes away by subway.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an elevator building and gets great natural light throughout the day.
