Rental requirements
Renter(s) will be on month-to-month lease that's extendable and may develop into long-term situation. All utilities (electricity, gas, water, Internet) are included and paid for by owner. Solid credit is a must and pets are not permitted (we have two indoor/outdoor cats who aren't keen on sharing space).
