This is a large beautifully laid-out, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. The living room, office area, and raised dining room are all open-plan. The kitchen and large pantry are off the dining room and down the hall are the bathroom and bedroom.
You will have ample closet space and a large pantry.
This is a pre-war elevator building there is a laundry room in the basement with card-operated washers and dryers and a full-time doorman.
The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need. Including AllClad pots and pans, and plenty of baking equipment (if you've ever had a need to make madeleines for example).
The living room has a large, down-filled sofa from ABC Carpet, and an oversized club chair. There is an Aeretron ceiling fan in the dining room.
The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, a top-of-the-line, actually ECO, Essentia mattress, blackout shades, and an antique crystal chandelier. There is a beautiful old pine desk and club chair with an ottoman.
The bathroom has a Kholer free-standing sink, an open bathtub and a separate standing shower. There are windows in every room.
The apartment is eclectic. There is a drafting table that I use as a work desk with a pro-series ergonomic Steelcase office chair. There is plenty of room for you work from home.

Fantastic neighborhood, walkable, to food co-op and grocery stores, great dining and many coffee shop options.
The beautiful Prospect Park is easily walkable.
The building is quiet. It is street facing and there is sometimes traffic noise. The residents are extremely nice, many have been here for decades.
I'm an artist, I've lived here for over 8 years. I love this apartment and have done a number of upgrades to it myself. I'm in California on a few projects.
