We are looking to rent our furnished two bedroom, one full bath apartment from January 10, 2025 to April 4, 2025. The apartment is located on the third floor (two flights of stairs) in a walk up building, one block to the Great Hill in Central Park and a short walk to Columbia University.

The apartment has two bedrooms-- one large with a queen size bed, dresser and large primary closet. The second is set up as an office with a queen sized pull out couch and desk. The bathroom has a tub, rainhead and hand-held shower. The apartment includes a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, crock pot, cuisinart and numerous other appliances. There is 5G wifi and a projector for streaming services. There is no television. There are air-conditioning units which serve the different sections of the apartment.

The apartment also features cozy details including exposed brick, hardwood floors and dimmable lighting. The apartment has been gut renovated.

My husband and I are entrepreneurs in the creative and travel industries who split our time between NYC and Montana. This is our NYC home, and the location where we met. (We started out as roommates!) We love the local food spots- Nobody Told Me, Awash and Mama's Too and the local farmers' market on Saturday mornings at 110 and Manhattan.
