We have an open bedroom in our lovely three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath apartment, just two blocks from Central Park and steps away from Morningside Park. The location is incredibly convenient, with a 3-minute walk to the Central Park West 110th B/C station and an 8-10-minute stroll to the 1/2/3/A/D trains. The neighborhood is fantastic—quiet, green, and close to Columbia University, perfect for students and professionals alike. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and all the conveniences you need nearby.
Our apartment is nestled on the 3rd floor of a charming 4-story walk-up. It's adorned with plants, bathed in natural light, and furnished with vibrant pieces that create a welcoming atmosphere. The available room has just undergone a makeover, boasting a dresser, desk, chair, and a queen bed. It's the second largest room, featuring a generous closet and a side-facing window. It's a stunning blank canvas, eagerly awaiting your personal touch.

I have been here for a while—I've lived here for six years, and my roommate is a Columbia Graduate; we love it here. We're easy-going, neat, considerate, and respectful of each other's space. We hope to maintain a good ambiance with our new roommate while respecting everyone's space when required. Brook usually leaves early for school/work, and I do so Monday through Thursday. I work remotely on Fridays and enjoy going out on weekends, but I also love a good movie night in our beautiful living room. We're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. We keep the place clean, share household tasks, and are considerate of each other's space. The kitchen is separate from the dining and living room areas, making it easy to keep things organized.

Who We Are
I go by He/Him. I have lived in the home for over seven years now, finished my MPA after the pandemic, and now work in Development for a nonprofit while doing consultancies on the side. My current roommate is pursuing her Master's in Environmental Studies at Columbia University. We're passionate about our work and equally enjoy winding down after a busy day.
