We are lucky enough to rent a full floor loft in Fidi.

We have 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bath but are only interested in renting out one bedroom + private bathroom (the ones seen on the picture). We are flexible with the duration anything from 3 months to 6 months or longer. Earliest mid march - latest move in date 1st of April.

The apartment includes; washer and dryer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, AC. The building is a 100 year old factory building - with an elevator directly to our floor.

My partner and I just moved here from Copenhagen, Denmark and like to host dinner parties during the weekend but are early birds during the week. I work in design/ tech, Thomas my partner in strategy / advertisement.

The place is 2 mins from Fulton street (metro) and just a 5 mins walk from the water (pier 17), in 10 mins you are in Tribeca and 15-20 mins walk and you will have soho and Chinatown restaurants at your fingertips.
