We’re looking for someone to sublet a large bedroom with an private bathroom in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Greenpoint. The room fits a queen bed and a desk, has a walk-in closet, and is the only bedroom on the first floor, offering extra privacy. The sublet is available from March 1st to May 1st, with the option to extend for a full-year lease.

The apartment is in a repurposed elementary school just one block from the water with Manhattan skyline views. The building features laundry, two rooftops, and a fenced-in courtyard with a firepit. The neighborhood has great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques within walking distance.

You’d be sharing the space with two respectful and friendly roommates (F30 and F27), one working hybrid and the other in office.

Note: We also have a smaller bedroom available upstairs with a shared bathroom for $1,666.

I am 27 years old and I’ve been living in this apartment for the past two years, I have lived in both available rooms. I’m ending my lease a couple of months early and I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful to sublet my room for the last two months of the lease (March 1st to May 1st), with the option to renew for a full year after that.

There will be no pets in the apartment after I move!
