Rental requirements
-Minimum 2 week sublet : $1,375 (roughly $98 per day) +$80 cleaning fee deposit).
-Month: $2,800 (No cleaning deposit for monthly sublet)
-Open to alternative date ranges, shorter or longer term sublet or lease takeover
-Must be willing to sign sublet contract
-Multi-month sublet may require building approval.
-No smoking
-Must be respectful to other neighbors (i.e. no overly loud music or parties)
Pets Policy
Very pet friendly building, but pets must be small to mid sized. There will be a pet fee deposit to cover for pet cleanups.
