I am subletting my furnished 1-bedroom apartment located at north of the panhandle. Utilities and wifi are included. This apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment includes a recently renovated kitchen with a marble countertop. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. There is also a balcony that opens out to a quiet street.

The apartment complex includes a small gym and package room. There is a Lucky’s supermarket next to the apartment complex, which can be conveniently accessed through the apartment building elevator.

I can also include 1 parking spot in the garage for 250$.

The apartment is located very close to golden gate park, haight-ashbury, and alamo square park. There are plenty of restaurants on Divisadero street which is a 10 min walk from the apartment.

I will pay for someone to clean the apartment before and after your stay.
