The unit is a beautiful brick multi-use building in a very central and convenient location. With large south-facing windows, it gets great light all day. It's on the ground floor, very secure with keyless access. It is furnished as is in the photos.

I am a late 30s professional/creative and lucky owner of this beautiful apartment. I travel a lot for work and looking to sublease this lovely space for someone to enjoy Oakland and the Bay while I'm away.

Rental requirements
- No smoking, no late noises, and no pets
- Security deposit of $1500. The security deposit will be returned within 5 days contingent on the apartment being returned in the same condition.
- Copies of government-issued IDs for everyone living in the apartment.
- I will have an agreement detailing all the above
