We are looking for a cat-friendly subletter for our fully furnished 2 bedroom place in Venice (2 blocks from Abbot Kinney & 1 block away from a park).

Our charming home is perfect for a couple, small family or single person. It is available November 29 - December 28. We prefer someone who can be there most of the time but open to discussing the needs of any potential applicant. We can show you around in person, or indeed over FaceTime.

It is tucked away behind tall bamboo with a private entrance off a one way street. It is a standalone property so you can walk around the entire unit and it’s fully enclosed with fences. The back patio has lots of plants, a grill, seating options, a cold plunge and 2 bikes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas top stove and oven. The open living room provides ample space to relax in front of the TV or have a nice home cooked meal on the dining table. The 2nd room is set up as an office with a desk but we have a comfy blow-up mattress if needed. The primary bedroom is large with a ludicrously comfy Queen sized bed, plenty of hanging wardrobe space and a chest of draws with a sit-stand desk.

Lola (the cat) is very social, loves to spend time outside on the patio and nap.

All feline needs as well as, electricity, gas, internet are included. Rent is discounted.

High walkability with all the life, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops that Abbot Kinney & Venice Boardwalk have to offer within a 5 minute walk. Truly this is a great location that anyone who stays will enjoy to no end.
