Please note:
The landlord is fairly unresponsive but the building superintendent can help with emergencies. Radiator is run by the landlord and is on automatic, so the temperature can fluctuate between toasty and chilly throughout the day. I'll keep a small space heater in the apartment for winter months. It's an old building shared by many families, though the apartment itself is fairly quiet. Please be kind to the neighbors!
