Seeking a renter for my 2bd apartment on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border. Close to both L (7 min walk) and M (3 min walk) trains. One queen-size bed, a large sectional couch (comfy for sleep) and a quality queen-size air mattress available for second bedroom/work room. The apartment is very spacious and sun-filled with windows in every room and doors to each room as well. Large work space—good for yoga, work from home or creative space.

I’m a 39-year old female living with my 16-year old cat Dicky. He will be staying at the apartment so cat care will be required for this rental. He’s low-maintenance and very friendly—a bonafide “lap cat”. Duties will be minimal, every few days. This is reflected in the rental price.
