Large 2 room studio available for one-year sublet- can do up to 18 months. Looking for someone responsible to sublet my apt for a year min. while I am out of town for work. Recently renovated, lots of light, very quiet. Great location in Prospect Heights , (Prospect and Wash) close to trains. Also have an area for work from home. Sublet will be furnished, but plenty of closet space avail. Elevator, Laundry, wi-fi, full separate kitchen with dishwasher. Sorry, no dogs and no smokers. As this will be going through my co-op, there will be an application and (most likely) credit check. I am happy to fill everything out and make this as easy as possible for the right person.
