I'm subletting my 1-bedroom apartment in a gorgeous Clinton Hill brownstone from November 29-December 21st (start / end dates flexible).

The apartment is rear-facing and quiet, with a large balcony overlooking the neighboring back gardens.

Some basics:
- Queen bed
- AC unit
- Smart TV w/ Roku
- Full bath, w/ good hot water and water pressure
- Free laundry and dryer in the building
- 2nd floor walk-up
- Rent includes utilities: gas, electric, water, and wifi

Convenient transport links through Brooklyn (within a block of the G), and to Manhattan (3 blocks to the C), with Atlantic Terminal a 15min walk away.

The neighborhood is full of tree-lined streets, parks, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bike lanes, and a weekly farmer's market in Fort Greene.

My asks: water the plants, no smoking, no pets, and enjoy the festive magic of NYC leading into the holidays. It's one of the best times here!

The building itself has a great community vibe -- the neighbors in the building all know each other and look after one another.
