This spacious oasis has vintage wallpaper and furniture throughout, two floors and patios. It is a peaceful place to be with all of the morning and midday light, happy plants, vibrant walls and plenty of space to spread out, cook, work, and relax. We live here, so it will feel like a home. Each space is curated thoughtfully to feel fun, and also to feel warm and welcoming.

The apartment is located on the first floor with no steps to enter, there are steps between the floors in the apartment. It features: Sonos throughout, a large 96" drop-down tv-screen with Apple TV, washer & dryer, full kitchen, full bath upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs, and outdoor spaces. There is a king size bed with an Avocado mattress, and a second full size bed both with organic cotton sheets. We offer organic spices, a Berkey Water Filter System, Austin air purifiers, and green cleaning products. There is a baby gate at the stairs, and many of the cabinets have child-safety locks.

Located right where Greenpoint and Williamsburg meet, you can enjoy both neighborhoods, and multiple parks. It’s a 10-minute walk to the L or G for easy access to Manhattan, and we are near the BQE.
