Our home is a three bed/two bath with a lovely backyard situated on a quiet neighborhood street. Our three bedrooms are currently designated as the main bedroom and two smaller offices but there is a pull out couch in the back office if you have kids or roomates.

The house is very cozy and nice but it's also a fixer-upper so there are some rooms we haven't gotten to yet with old fixtures and peeling paint in areas.

We are walking distance to Downtown Culver City which has grocery stores, great restaurants, a movie theater and some cute stores. We are also 1 mile from the Culver City Expo Line Station.

My husband's father recently passed away and we are moving to Massachusetts for the winter to help his mother.
