About This Lister

I am the owner and landlord. I am a full-time resident and live with my two daughters. This is a direct lease with me. There is no broker or management liaison involved with this space.

Sublet occupancy is available on:

November 1, 15th, or December 1.

Term: 12 months. We will entertain sublets greater than 6 months on a case-by-case basis.

First and Security are required. Utilities (gas and electric) are sub-metered and paid by the renter.

Personal references and previous landlord references, paystubs, or bank statements will be required. No real estate brokers. I own the building and I am the only other full-time resident of the building.

I am attentive and maintain all aspects of the building. I live with my two teenage daughters.

A good fit is priority as we will be sharing the building with our renter. We are looking for a friendly tenant who is a non-smoker and does not have pets.
