Rooms for Rent
This is a furnished room full of light. The closet is big. There is a full size bed with an orthopedic mattress.
There are three of us. Each one takes care of the common areas once every three weeks.
We are independent, private, busy people. We are mindful when using the kitchen and the W/D. Likewise, we enjoy the building's wonderful furnished terrace and the exercise room.
We have fast Internet. I cover all the utilities. During the summer, the cost of the AC, above the average I pay every month, is split among the tenants.
The TV in the picture is not in the room anymore. The rest of the furniture is there as it appears in the picture.
About This Lister
I am originally from Colombia. I came to New York as a student. I keep myself busy with work and New York's cultural life. I cook about once a week. I believe in freezing. Michael, is also very busy at work. He is almost never home during the weekends. He does not cook at all.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
The mortgage on this apartment is on my name. It was a brand new building seventeen years ago.
Rental requirements
I need proof of income, personal references, one month of deposit and the first month of rent to move in. I will only consider people looking for at least three months, until the end of June. Furthermore, I would prefer a longer stay, You need to be willing to sing a lease.
