This room is in a beautiful 4bed 1.5bath located in Williamsburg on a second floor walk up. It’s a great location within walking distance to the L, G, J, and M stations. We have a large patio, a spacious living room, and large kitchen including dishwasher.

We are looking for someone to move in by April 15th (with the option to move in sooner). You will sublet April-May, then join the year-long lease May 31 2025-2026. The room is unfurnished. I’m a 26 y/o researcher (she/her) in design working on a hybrid schedule. You will be living with myself and two other women; one works in fashion, and the other is a memberships coordinator, both working in-office. We are very easy going and clean. We like watching shows together, going out for dinner and drinks, checking out new shops or events nearby, etc., but also are pretty independent and enjoy being out, doing our own things!
