Beautiful room – furnished (if desired) with a garden view and separate flex space (an extra room that could be used as a workspace or for storage) - that is currently for rent. There is a large luscious backyard, a common area to relax, plenty of space, a complete kitchen to use, full bathroom.

I am looking for someone (preferably she/they) honest, clean, and reliable. Someone who wants a stable, clean, quiet place to live and is committed to making it happen. There is a little dog here as well that would love to meet you.
