I am renting out a furnished room in my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Clinton Hill Brooklyn. I use the space part time (I live mostly upstate) and I am looking for a roommate who needs a pied a terre/part-time place in the city.

This is a large apartment, about 1000 Sq ft with an incredible view of Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. It is on the 10th floor, right across the street from Pratt Institute. There is a balcony which is great for watching the sunset. Laundry in the basement.

This a large Coop building that is well run and clean. Conveniently located close to the Clinton Washington G stop. it is 1/2 block from Myrtle Ave with restaurants, coffee shops, banks, Key Foods grocery, pharmacy, hardware store, dry cleaning etc. It is a short walk to Fort Greene Park and the Saturday farmer's market. It is also close to Dekalb Ave with excellent restaurants and a short bus or subway ride to downtown Brooklyn.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, a large closet with built-in drawers for clothing. The AC unit is built in. The bedroom has city views of downtown Brooklyn.

There are two bathrooms, one in the primary bedroom and one shared full bathroom with tub that is mostly used by the renter. The living space is large with a fantastic view and amazing light. The kitchen is a walk-through galley with a dining table.

I am looking for someone who is neat and clean and will respect the furnishings. Ideally, I am looking for a renter with a similar lifestyle as me where they need a place in the city but it is not their full-time home. My home is warm and welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere. Smoke free/ pet free.
