Due to one of our roommates moving in with her boyfriend (oh love... 💖), we have the primary bedroom w/ own bathroom available in beautiful gut renovated 3 bed 3 bath with private garden (great for hosting) and washer/ dryer in unit on the border of Williamsburg & Greenpoint, right next to McCarran Park. We're super easygoing and enjoy living with roommates. My (main lease owner) bedroom is in the basement, from where I also run my startup (hybrid, we have an office in Carnegie Tower). Ky (roommate) also works hybrid. We both enjoy traveling and are gone pretty much 1/3rd of the year. Ideal roommate is equally easygoing, enjoys living with other people, and is independent and dependable at the same time.

The bedroom is the primary bedroom, is very private, has a ton of storage space (2 built-in closets), comes with a queen sized bed (1 month old), and the best bathroom of the house. It's going for $2,650/ month. Gigabit internet included.

Fully-equipped kitchen (kitchenaid, sous vide, food processor, dishwasher, etc.); washer/dryer in-unit, common spaces fully furnished (including garden furniture). We have some excess furniture for the bedroom as well if desired.

Short term requests not preferred, but will be considered (3 month minimum).

We're super easy going, laid back, both working professionals who also enjoy life. We're independent but also cozy, and we both love food, frequenting Greenpoint Fish & Lobster, Bicyclette bakery, Radio bakery, and the Screen Door way too often. Besides that Pep loves to ride his bike and partake in the occasional Krav Maga training, Ky loves to run and explore yoga spots around the city. Mostly though, we are go-with-the-flow, assume people intend well, and just enjoy living with roommates, while also having our own space. We've literally never had a disagreement as roommates, nor with our roommate who is moving out, and are looking for someone equally easygoing who enjoys living with roommates, and at the same time is both independent and dependable.
