It's a 3br 1.5 bath fully furnished apartment with 2 roommates M26 (works at Cornell U) and M25 (student at NYU)
2nd floor walk up, with a huge window in the bedroom ☀️
10 mins walk to the L and 13 mins to the J🚊
washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit!
tenant pays internet, electricity (heating is electric)
lease ends at the end of Sept 2025
The roommates enjoy interests like cooking, music, movies, etc. They respect each other's space.
We're looking for someone who’s chill, responsible, and down to make this apartment a comfortable and friendly home. People of all gender, sexuality and race are welcome!
It's a nice neighborhood and living situation. Street parking is not that bad here either.

Information about the lease - all new residents being added to a lease needs to be approved by ownership. The following documents must be provided:
Government Issued ID
Proof of income
Last Two Paystubs
Last Two Bank Statements
Last Year's Tax Returns or W2
Credit report stating the credit score
Pets Policy
The roommates are pet-friendly too! I think the management charges a small fee to fill a form in case you have a pet. I can let you know more about that if you are interested.
