I am looking for a roommate to join me in a beautiful, rent - controlled apartment starting August 1st (can be slightly flexible if needed earlier)! I know this is a bit in advance but I’m looking to sign paperwork by May 1st.

- furnished apartment (my friends beautiful yet minimal style with flexibility to keep or get rid of what we want - lots of plants)
- luxury building: gym, parking garage, laundry in the building, rooftop access
- grocery stores in walking distance
-close to A, C and L train lines
- tons of bars and restaurants

I’m open to discussing which room works best for each person, and would like to sign the lease once I feel me and my potential roommate would live well together !
