Hi, we’re looking to sublet the furnished extra room in our apartment in Crown Heights. You’d be sharing the apartment with two people but the bedroom is on a separate floor from the other two, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. There’s a half-bath on the same floor. You’ll also have access to a large back yard space.
The location is very convenient, close to the 2/3/4/5 trains as well as several buses, including the B44-SBS. The A/C is also in walking distance. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby, and a laundromat across the street. Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum are in walking distance.
Utilities (electric/gas/internet) will be split three ways. Ideally looking for someone for two months (April and May), with the possibility of longer depending on how things go.
