While it's a shared apartment, the layout makes it feel like two homes in one. I included a floor plan in the images - the room available is Bedroom 2 and you’re welcome to use the living room as your space. I mostly keep to my wing in bedroom one, but will make a quick meal or coffee in the kitchen. The bathroom is also shared. Flexible dates, short term sublet only - not looking for a roommate.

Perfect for travelers or those in between apartments. The room has a full size bed, corner couch (may be replaced with a desk and chair by the time you book), dresser, and closet. Bed sheets and towels are provided. There is free laundry in the building and a communal backyard space.

On the border of Prospect and Crown Heights, it's a 12 minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanical Garden. Very family friendly neighborhood near the S, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5 lines.

No outdoor shoes please. Indoor slippers welcome.

I hang out and work in my wing of the apartment. I make light meals in the kitchen sometimes, and am the type to clean as I go. I really value having a tranquil home and space to unwind in. Kitten, the resident cat, is very loving and will be eager to greet you. She mostly follows me around, but has been known to cuddle with guests if they keep the bedroom door open. If you do not like cats, this is not the space for you.
