This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the two other bedrooms and has sound proof walling for added privacy.

All of your conveniences are within reach. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and appliances available for your use. There is app operated Laundry available in the basement. There is an intercom system with video and speaking capabilities.

The cabinets in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen will be available for your use. There is additional hanging space in the bedroom and storage space under the bed that can also be made available. A dedicated cabinet in the kitchen and fridge will be yours.

There are many places to relax and re-charge in the apartment. There is a personal TV in the bedroom that swivels out and a larger TV that can be enjoyed alongside recessed dimmable lighting in the living room. There are many spots to enjoy a book - from a cozy bean bag chair to an oversized couch to a little sitting nook in the bedroom.

If that weren't enough, the home is also smartified. You can use Alexa in every room to change the color of the lights, to pair and play music together or to just ask what the weather is before you run out the door.

Your roommates would be one male and one female (20s/30s) – both creatives with full time jobs – a photographer at the MET and a barista. Outgoing, social, but also appreciative of individual down time.
