I’m seeking the right person to share a furnished live/work space with me. I currently use it only as an occasional studio. I don’t live there, but it’s furnished (including a queen bed and dresser) and there’s an extra room that could be used as a writing studio or office space. I use the front room as my studio. The middle room is furnished and has a couch. Kitchen and bath are shared. Bedroom and office/workspace would be yours. There’s a claw foot tub and a back yard and even a back porch. It’s in town Hudson and available immediately. I’m very flexible open to a number of configurations in terms of timing and usage and can adjust the price accordingly.
