I’m looking to sublet my lovely, clean, quiet, large, fully-furnished room and separate adjacent studio/office while I am out of town. Is like an apartment within an apartment. Perfect for someone working form home.

It will be available by the end of March for a few months. More than happy to be flexible on dates.

The sublet includes two rooms: a bedroom and a studio/office in a beautiful loft. The bedroom comes with a full bed, storage space (closet and dresser), and west-facing windows. The studio includes a large desk with a monitor setup and natural light. It’s on the fourth story of a residential industrial building with a freight elevator. You enter my bedroom through my studio. You will be sharing the bathroom with two roommates (not always in town) and the kitchen has everything to cook with (and a skylight :)) It is very close to the L train station (Jefferson) and there are a few Citibike stations very close. A laundromat is very close.

We are all very clean, friendly, and down-to-earth artists and curators in our late 30s and late 40s. We treat each other, and our space, with a lot of respect and care, and are seeking a responsible subletter to do the same—and you can expect the same from us in turn! There is a friendly hairless cat that lives with one of my roommates. For allergic reasons, the cat is not allowed in my studio or room.
