This is a 3rd floor walkup (2 stairs) of a 5-story pre-war apartment and will come furnished. It does not have a dishwasher, closet, or laundry in building. There is a laundromat across the street and a drop off place around the corner.
I would prefer someone who can take the apartment for Jan - May, but these dates can be somewhat flexible

Rental requirements
Subletting by day: ID, Nonrefundable deposit (half of rent) required to secure sublease, that would be subtracted from the grand total. Remainder to be paid in full upon arrival.

* $1,000 security deposit upfront - to be returned once rental period is over + only be deducted from to cover damage, etc
* Proof of income - more documents is always better

* Signed sublet agreement
Due on move-in: $3250
