This 2-bedroom apartment comes furnished with an L sectional couch, TV, bed, storage, large plant, and office set-up. There are skylights in the living area and a small shared balcony (or glorified fire escape) that is outside the bedroom door.

The neighborhood is wonderful: many restaurants and bars, yoga studios, salons, and both Cooper and McCarren Park within walking distance. You will be able to access the L train at Graham Avenue and the G train at Nassau Avenue, as well as buses.

I will be away for work and am looking for someone clean and responsible to sublet the apartment. Pets on a case by case basis, with additional fee.
