We are subletting our beautiful 2 bedroom 1.5 bath garden/duplex apartment in Bed-Stuy for the holidays (Dec 13th to Jan 2nd) for a flat $3,200. The apt comfortably sleeps 4 people.

The Apartment
The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in a four-story refurbished brownstone. It is spread over two spacious floors, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. On the ground floor there’s a dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom and bedroom, with direct access to a private backyard. The second floor has a primary bedroom, living room , and full bathroom. The second floor gets lots of light but also has thick curtains, and a projector in the living room.

The apt is fully furnished in a charming aesthetic, some design upgrades have been made since the photographs were taken. There's private basement access with a private washer (No dryer but drying rack available). The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, there are plenty of towels/sheets, and there’s space for safe bike storage at the entrance to the apt. The apt also has a strong wifi connection and a few work spaces throughout the house including desks in both bedrooms.

The Neighborhood
The cross streets are Greene and Lewis Avenue. Bedford-Stuyvesant is a historical, residential neighborhood in central Brooklyn that has a lot of trees and brownstone buildings. There are lots of great bars and restaurants to explore in the area (happy to provide a list of recommendations!), and a coffee shop right around the corner. The apt is a 10 min walk to the M, J/Z (Myrtle-Broadway) station. 15 minute walk to the G train. 20 minute walk to the A/C train. There is also citi bike share station on the corner and buses going in every direction, including the B15 bus directly at the corner.

About This Lister

My name is Olivia (She/Her), I am in my early thirties and work in the creative industry I have lived in the apartment for 2 years but in Bed-Stuy since 2018. I live with my friend Stacey (She/her) who has been a tenant in the apartment for ten years. We are friends with our upstairs neighbor with whom we share the brownstone building with and a few other neighbors on our block. We will both be away during the Holiday period but easily contactable and can both be around for IRL visits prior to your stay. We have a good relationship with our landlord.
