* has experience in the field of gardening/landscaping
* is strong and has stamina to work intensely, even in inclement
weather.
* Typical responsibilities: moving bags of dirt, rocks, bricks (often through houses) digging holes, removing shrubs and small trees.
* has experience in other related trades (carpentry, electric,
hardscaping irrigation etc.)
* is punctual and responsible
* is easily reachable. (cell phone a must)
* follows directions.
* has a clean drivers license and can drive a cargo van.
* lives in Brooklyn and is able to travel to the yard in Red Hook easily.
* has a flexible schedule

Boutique Brooklyn-based gardening company that has been in business for 20 years is seeking skilled garden laborers for the 2025 season. The Garden Laborer will be a part of a small maintenance team that install gardens and patios in and around Brooklyn.
