I'm subletting my palatial room in a sprawling Cobble Hill apartment from February 1 until the lease ends on March 31, after which point there would be the possibility of signing on to the lease for another year.

The room will be furnished as pictured but I will empty it of all of my personal belongings.

The other two rooms are rented by two women in their mid-twenties. One is a journalist and the other works in tech.

The apartment is in a brownstone at the intersection of Clinton St. and Warren St. (kitty corner from Cobble Hill Park) with tons of amazing restaurants, bars, shops, specialty grocers, a farmers market, and the waterfront all nearby. It's a very easy to commute to Manhattan (you can be in lower Manhattan in 20 minutes).

There's a dishwasher, but no washer dryer. I use a wash and fold service with free drop off and pick up from a laundromat around the corner.

I love it here! I've lived here for over four years and before that it was my sister's apartment. It's a true gem and I will miss it!
