Hi, I am an artist living and working in Brooklyn. I am asking for $1500 / month for a flexible sublet. This studio is normally 2100, but I will leave some of my things inside including a big work table and small couch and shelf of books. 2 months would be good, but I can also do 1 month. Flexible on either side of that time if you’d like to add or subtract a week or so.

Tall ceilings (18ft) and big big windows. Private 24 hr access in artist community with roof access, laundry room, mail room, slop sink, woodshop power tools, and a back yard area in case you need to do outdoor things.

Short walk to the water/ Domino Park/ Williamsburg Bridge pedestrian path.
