Designed by internationally renowned artist, Jorge Pardo, as his original home in Merida, Casa 64 features a garden courtyard, open air kitchen, and refreshing lap pool. Boasting two huge bedrooms, each with king bed, desk and en suite bathroom, and a third queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and easy access to a rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. Casa 64 is in the best part of Mérida, walking distance to Parque de Santa Ana, Parque de Santa Lucia and Plaza Principal.
After entering the front room, which we kept intact and use as a formal dining room, you pass through the garden courtyard, the open air kitchen, with a lovely breakfast table, and the lap pool, to access the two huge bedrooms/living spaces.
Be aware that the spiral staircase is the only way to get to the two upstairs bedrooms (one king and one queen). The third bedroom, also a king with en suite, is on the ground floor.
The house is in the best part of Merida, Centro, just minutes from downtown and Paseo Montejo in the other direction.
Great restaurants and cafes all around.
I will provide you with restaurant/shopping/ and day trip information upon rental, plus I have a great caretaker who can help you while you are there.
Please only serious inquiries.

I'm a writer/filmmaker. Jorge Pardo and I built the house 20 years ago; I spend time there whenever I get a chance.
I have a great caretaker who can offer day trips and other help as needed, including airport pick up.
