Welcome to my beautiful new home! I just moved in, but work travel will take me away for a couple of months – so you’ll get the chance to enjoy this incredible space before I even get to!

It's also HUGE with high ceilings, and lots of space! Gorgeous baby blue tiled bathroom with a window - super rare for NYC (the bathroom might even be my favorite room!).

- Parkside Location: Just around the corner is Lincoln Terrace / Arthur S. Somers Park, a neighborhood gem with old, stately trees, sports fields, and a kids’ playground – ideal for anyone who loves green space. It is also just a still down Eastern Parkway away from Prospect Park and the Botanic Gardens which is dreamy. Also close to Franklin Av with lots of bars and restaurants!

- Outdoor Space: There’s a cozy fire escape where you can relax with a morning coffee or enjoy the sunset.

- Convenience: Steps from Utica Avenue, you’ll have easy access to groceries, shopping, and everything you need. It's also a short walk from the Crown Has - Utica Av Subway stop where you can jump on the 3 & 4 easily into Manhattan in minutes, as well as get anywhere in Brooklyn using other public transport. I'm also happy to lend you my bike for no cost, which is my personal favorite way to get around the city!

- Spotlessly Clean: I haven’t even lived in the apartment yet, and my landlord did a deep clean before I move in, so it’s fresh and ready for you.

- Pets: No dogs, cats possible - do let me know.

I love having friends over to cook for and share time with, so having a spacious apartment was essential. I’m also passionate about nature, which makes this location perfect with the park just steps away and Prospect Park close by too. I'm a queer activist, so travel a lot for work.
