I am a long-time educator, intuitive coach and writer who has been living in Brooklyn for the past eighteen years. I split my time between London and Brooklyn along with my husband and our dog. We hope to find someone who will enjoy and take care of our home as much as we do.
We are the current tenants.
We require the first month's rent, security deposit of one month's rent, and a sublease agreement.
Our screening process involves a review of valid government IDs (for each tenant) and a video or in-person meeting (if possible).
Trained and well-behaved pets are considered.
