Charming sunny apartment in Greenpoint. Beautiful original features such as lead light windows, molding on the walls, parquet wooden floor boards and an amazing bathroom. 1.5 bedroom on the top floor (two flights of stairs to climb). Lots of plants and natural light. Utilities included in price. TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Super clean and well kept apartment. I'm looking for someone who will be very quiet and keep the apartment clean and tidy. This really is a special place and I'm looking for someone who can appreciate and respect that. No smoking, parties, loud music or animlas.
This is an amazing neighborhood really close to McGolrick park, great cafes, bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to the G train and 20 min walk to the L train

Rental requirements
Temporary sublet available for about a month. Would consider slightly shorter stays but hoping to get someone in for a minimum of 3 weeks. Rent would need to be paid upfront and a $500 refundable deposit at the time of move out if nothing is damaged.
