This apartment has been my beloved home as a single woman and then as married with a child through age of 11. It's undoubtedly, a unique space and quirky in many ways but a great find for the right person, couple or family with one child. One bedroom in loft balcony (ceiling is 5'7" upstairs) and one bedroom is for child or guest behind yellow curtain. I have built in a lot of storage and closet space over the years.
